Common questions

How do AI agents follow up on missing claim documents?

The agent requests the missing document by voice or message and sends a secure upload link. It validates the upload, asks for a new copy if needed, updates the claim file and sends it to your claims team for review. Coverage and settlement decisions stay with your adjusters.

Who makes claim and underwriting decisions?

Your adjusters and underwriters. Agents collect documents, answer status questions and book appointments. They do not determine cover, agree a settlement or bind a policy, and they say so when a policyholder asks.

How do agents meet our regulator’s claims-handling rules?

Required notices, response timelines, contact windows and scripts are set per line of business and region. Each call is checked against your rubric and any miss is flagged.

When does a person take over?

On injury, an unsafe home, a vulnerable customer, a complaint, suspected fraud, or whenever the policyholder asks. During a catastrophe surge, agents triage by severity so your people take the urgent cases first, with the full loss report in hand.

Can Actioneer run in our private cloud?

Yes. Actioneer runs in your own cloud account or fully air-gapped. You choose the inference region, model provider and model version to meet data-residency rules. Agents are trained on your own claim results inside that boundary, and a new version goes live only if it beats the current one on your rubric.

Which languages do agents speak?

More than 20 languages and accents, including Hindi and other major Indian languages, Arabic and English. Agents switch when the policyholder does, and all languages are scored against the same rubric.
