Common questions

How do AI agents help borrowers complete stalled loan applications?

The agent finds out where the borrower stopped, explains the lender’s document checklist and sends them back to the relevant step or secure upload path. It confirms submission and document receipt for your loan team to review. It does not approve the loan or make requested uploads a condition of application submission.

How do agents follow our collections and contact rules?

Contact hours, attempt limits, consent and do-not-contact lists are set per product and region, and checked before each call or message. All conversations are scored against your rubric, with exceptions flagged.

Do agents approve loans or agree settlements?

No. Credit, underwriting, approvals, waivers and anything outside your plan bands stay with your team. Agents collect information, explain the options your policy allows and record the borrower’s next step.

When does a person take over?

On hardship, disputes, complaints, signs of vulnerability, or whenever the borrower asks. The agent escalates by urgency and passes on the verified identity, the transcript and what was already offered, so the borrower doesn’t have to repeat anything.

Can it run in our private cloud, in-country?

Yes. Actioneer runs in your own cloud account or fully air-gapped. You choose the inference region, model provider and model version to meet data-residency rules. Agents are trained on your own repayment results inside that boundary, and a new version goes live only if it beats the current one on your rubric.

Which languages do agents speak?

More than 20 languages and accents, including Hindi and other major Indian languages, Arabic and English. Agents switch when the borrower does, and all languages are scored against the same rubric.
